These may include, but are not limited to, reviews of criminal history, professional conduct, regulatory compliance, errors and omissions, arbitration claims, financial history including credit reports and bankruptcies, as well as employment references. To serve clients well, team members need a reliable and secure setup. Essential tools and capabilities include: a reliable computer (PC or Mac; Mac preferred), a modern smartphone, up‑to‑date security software, regularly updated software and hardware, and encryption capabilities to protect sensitive information. You’ll also need Microsoft Office or a compatible program, active phone service with voicemail, full office functionality whether working remotely or on‑site, and access to document scanning and a cross‑cut shredder for secure document handling. These requirements help ensure our team stays secure, connected, and able to provide the highest level of service.
