With renewal and open enrollment, we like to simplify things. Your candor is welcomed as we discuss your renewal and open enrollment. If you inquire with staff, avoid questions regarding private personal matters. An example question might be, "Has our plan worked well for you?" Make sure they know not to disclose private information regarding health or finances.
In cases where a plan is discontinued or re-filed, carriers will "map" to a plan that closely resembles the current plan (referred to as "mapped plan").
If you are not an existing client and complete the Renewal Questionnaire, a WMF representative will contact you about partnering with us.
