RxDC reporting for small & large group employers

RxDC (Prescription Drug Data Collection) reporting is an annual requirement established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 for insurance companies and employer-based health plans to submit detailed information about prescription drug benefits and healthcare spending to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The reporting deadline is June 1 each year, covering data from the previous calendar year.

RxDC Reporting Criteria (small business and large group):

Companies based and/or operating in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Additional states are subject to review.
