RxDC Reporting for Small Business and Large Group Employers

RxDC (Prescription Drug Data Collection) reporting is an annual requirement established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 for insurance companies and employer-based health plans to submit detailed information about prescription drug benefits and healthcare spending to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The reporting deadline is June 1 each year, covering data from the previous calendar year.

RxDC Reporting Criteria (small business and large group):


  • Companies based and/or operating in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. Additional states are subject to review.


  • Must be a client of White Mountain Financial. If you are not a current client, we'll first discuss our acclaimed broker representation and the process for appointing us as your broker.


  • All employers groups and submissions are subject to review.
