RxDC Reporting Help for Employers

RxDC (Prescription Drug Data Collection) reporting is complex and time‑sensitive. We help small and large employers complete RxDC reporting accurately—at no additional cost for active White Mountain Financial clients.

What is RxDC reporting and who must file?

RxDC reporting is an annual requirement under the Consolidated Appropriations Act for group health plans and insurers that provide prescription drug coverage. It applies to most employer‑sponsored health plans, including many small and large group employers.

Complimentary RxDC reporting support for active clients

As an active White Mountain Financial client, you can receive hands‑on RxDC reporting assistance at no extra charge. We help you gather the right data, work with your carriers, and submit accurate information so you can stay focused on running your business.

RxDC reporting criteria for small and large group employers

We currently support employers based in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas, with additional states reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. All employer groups and submissions are subject to review to ensure we can meet your timeline and reporting needs.

Not a current client? How to appoint us as your broker

If you are not yet a White Mountain Financial client but need RxDC reporting help, we can first discuss your group benefits, broker of record appointment, and ongoing service needs. Once we are your broker, RxDC reporting support becomes part of the complimentary services we provide to active clients.

Key dates and annual RxDC reporting timeline

RxDC reports are due each year (typically June 1) and cover prescription drug and health care spending data from the prior calendar year. Planning ahead with your carriers and payroll or TPA partners helps avoid last‑minute issues and potential compliance risks.
