Section 125 Premium Only Plan (POP)

This provision in the tax code allows employees to pay their premium contributions on a pre-tax basis (through payroll deduction). We recommend that you first check with your tax professional, attorney, or payroll service to see if a Section 125 POP is advisable and possibly free.
